I have bought 4 of these now. (One was stolen), 2 for different offices, and one as a gift. Acoustics are excellent and the tunable diaphragm makes it easily to listen for different frequency sounds efficiently. One of mine was old enough to need a new diaphragm. This was easy to change out. Warranty is great.
