This stethoscope is of equal quality as the Littman. Lost my Littman cardiology stethoscope, that I had for years. Didn't want to pay the $$$ for Littman. An analogy I have coined would be buying a Cadillac Escalade vs. Chevy Tahoe , all the same parts but not same price. Very substantial that comes with lifetime parts replacement. I am very pleased with this stethoscope.
