This is the perfect NICU stethoscope, as expected. I'd been using my Welch Allyn Harvey DLX, but even the pediatric attachment proved too large for the 1 lb micro-preemies. Even though this isn't a cardiology stethoscope, this has superior acoustics over the Harvey in the NICU population.

I've had an excellent experience purchasing from Steeles. I had my stethoscope engraved with my full name and credentials; I was worried that the engraving wouldn't work out because the infant bell is so tiny, but the end result was perfect (even better than expected). As always, Steeles has the best prices I've found online, and the shipping was very quick despite the engraving. This is the only place I buy my equipment anymore.
